Roger Townley started his carpentry apprenticeship with a local Marlborough builder and in 2008 at just 23, won the Apprentice of the Year for the Nelson / Marlborough / West Coast region in the National Registered Master Builders competition.

In 2014 he had started his own business as a sole trader, and now winning Registered Master Builder House of the Year awards, his reputation for attention to detail and passion for building has allowed him to employ other carpenters for his thriving business.

There are now 15 qualified carpenters and apprentices covering residential new builds and renovation projects locally. The standard of workmanship and attention detail that the team produces is second to none. Roger and his team will always find the right solutions for their clients, and work to deliver excellence every time.  Roger is also supported by Rebecca his office manager, who is responsible for the office administration, accounts, and site health & safety.
