Tess Fenwick Architects is a boutique architectural practice that draws upon a broad range of skills and resources to provide creative design solutions.
Tess graduated in 2012 with a Master of Architecture (Professional) from UNITEC, New Zealand, and she works alongside Neil who graduated from the University of Auckland in 1975 with a Bachelor of Architecture. He is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Architects.
In 2018 they won the New Zealand Institute of Architectures Gisborne/Haweks Bay awards and in 2017 a Residential Interior Design award for the Hill House.
Located on Napier Hill, the three bedroom home responds to the 270° panoramic views around Hawke’s Bay, existing site contours and the tight local council restrictions.
