studiokaima is led by director Kevin Kai Ma, an NZRAB registered architect and certified Passive House Designer with over 15 years of experience designing innovative, sustainable, and contextually rich spaces. A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, Kevin has worked across residential, public, and cultural projects, previously contributing to award winning work at Stevens Lawson Architects, including the Chapel of St. Peter and Te Puna at Auckland Zoo.
With particular expertise in energy efficient modelling, studiokaima delivers thoughtful, Passive House standard design from concept to completion, believing architecture should shape genuine experiences that enhance everyday life.
