Studio Williamson is a mother and daughter design duo creating aesthetic, easy and interesting spaces for the people that live in them.
Sue is the Mother of this talented duo and has industry experience spans 35 years, learning her craft from Elaine Roberts of Homework Interiors in the 1980’s. She then spent 10 years in London working for design companies, including Focus Designs, who specialised in residential projects for international clients.
Until 2020, Sue and her partner Jennifer Scott owned interior design business, Furnish Home Design. Sue’s diverse experience includes small scale residential projects through to large commercial fit-outs.
Isabel is the daughter of Sue and after completing a Bachelor of Arts at The University of Auckland, Isabel travelled to London to work for Condé Nast (world-renowned publisher of Vogue, Vanity Fair and The New Yorker). She went on to work for MCM Architecture, specialists in workplace design, liaising with clients and designers on multi-million dollar projects.
