HPA Group is an Ellerslie, Auckland based practice specialising in healthcare, lifestyle, and retirement projects nationwide. Founded in 1997 by Terry Coombs, HPA acts as a single unified point of contact, guiding clients from site feasibility and master planning through to architectural design, resource consent, construction, and project management.
With over 50 residential designs and more than 400 retirement villas constructed, the team also holds ownership interests in its own villages, giving genuine insight into the drivers behind successful communities. Now led by directors including Simon Kelsall, HPA continues to support operations, sales, and marketing well beyond completion.
