Herriot Melhuish O’Neill Architects

Herriot Melhuish O’Neill Architects (HMOA) is an NZIA award winning practice established in 1997, with studios in Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch, and Queenstown/Wānaka. The Wellington studio is led by founding directors and registered architects John Melhuish and Max Herriot, overseeing a team of experienced designers across residential and commercial architecture.

Work spans new homes, renovations and extensions, heritage restoration, earthquake strengthening, apartment developments, multi-unit housing, and commercial interiors. HMOA creates beautifully crafted architecture that enhances the lives of those who experience it, guiding clients from initial concept through to building consent and construction across all its regional studios.
