Dave and Kirsty established the partnership known as David Harwood Builders. Together they did everything themselves from building to bookwork. The company Harwood Homes was formed in 1993 and the first show home was built creating a buzz of interest, selling before it was even finished!
Over 25 years later the Harwood Homes team are a mainstay in residential building as they continue to Design and Build homes around the Bay of Plenty. Their home designs have evolved over the years along with their collection of Registered Master Builder awards resonating quality homes around the Bay.
