Our portfolio of ‘House & Land Packages’ consists of many suitable sites in Millwater, Gulf Harbour, Deacon Point in Riverhead, Stanmore Bay, Huapai, Orewa and Torbay Auckland.
We also cater to the ‘Design & Build’ for clients who have their own section and are looking for that right partnership in assisting them to build their dream homes.
We understand that the new build journey can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. We are here to help you through the process and make it as simple and exciting as possible.
We are building over 50 houses a year and offer a fixed-price building contract.
