This approach has led to many successful projects over the years, with projects regularly featuring in the Master Builder House of the Year awards and winning a number of ADNZ regional and national design awards.
The practice is led by Phil Stanfield, who started as a civil engineering draughtman in 1977, leading to architecture in 1988. His projects have a strong Kiwi style, with energy efficient and sustainable designs.
Architectural designer Rhys James has been part of projects ranging from simple to high end residential and commercial projects.
Together, Phil and Rhys are also directors of E-CAD Limited, which delivers quality architectural design services to national housing companies.
