The Creative Space team is extensive and close-knit, with each member bringing a different skillset or experience to their role, but all sharing a love of architecture.
Many of the team come from on-site building and construction backgrounds, adding a practical layer to Creative Space’s designs with their experience.
This allows them to relate better to contractors and sub-trades, building respect, and improving the flow of information and communication between all parties.
It is hugely important to Creative Space that they not only give their clients fresh ideas and new perspectives, but the resulting structures perform as they should, standing the test of time for future generations.
The company designs new homes, renovations, commercial builds and remedial work. They use a tried and tested five design guideline process based on design guidelines from the New Zealand Construction Industry Council (NZCIC), offering security for clients and a high-quality result.
