Nestled in the Wayby Valley, one hour north of Auckland, is Tracy’s 110 acre dry stock farm. Tracy purchased the farm over 25 years ago and has poured her love, creativity and unique vision into the property to create a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Tracy’s creativity also extends to breeding the rare White Galloway beef breed that originated from Scotland.
The Georgian-inspired Homestead has been built according to classical Feng Shui principles to enhance the tranquility of this unique home and its natural surroundings.
Just past the Farmhouse is the landscaping feature which is Tracy’s mediation circle. The landscaping feature also has used recycled materials and large crystals with an Amethyst over 300kg.
