This full house renovation involved stripping the house back to its bare bones, and then designing an all new floor plan, opening up the main living area and creating a master suite down one end of the house.
The sleek black exterior was finished with Abodo cladding system, shadowclad ply and hardies with abodo battens, which modernised the whole aesthetics of the house.
A main feature of the kitchen/dining area were the three large skylights our builders installed, which flood the open plan area with light.
Both bathrooms were also stripped back to framing, relined and then fully tiled, (floors and walls).
A hero feature for the renovation is the front entrance abodo wooden feature wall – which mimics the cladding on the front entrance.
The project involved the management of over 20 subcontractors by our project managers and builders. The final product was a huge difference from what our customer began with, and is evidence of how you can change a dated design into a modern open plan home.
We are so proud of the project and happy we could help our customer with their properties transformation.
