A 1970s farm cottage has been transformed into a Balinese-style oasis by Henley-Smith Construction.
Designed by HB Architecture, the outside features cedar cladding and band sawn posts, while inside sold timber benchtops finish the Balinese effect dreamed up by the owner.
Attention to detail can’t be missed, from the gable roofing to the teak flooring, and horizontal cedar shutters outdoors work to shelter and shade from the elements.
Henley-Smith Construction Limited is based on the Tutukaka Coast in Northland, and is run by Marcus and Chrissie Henley-Smith.
