Owner Glen Higginson is a multi skilled, licensed designer who has also spent 10 years as a trade qualified carpenter, which has given him a depth of knowledge around solutions that work in reality as well as on paper.
Glen considers that he can build a rapport with his clients quickly and visualize people’s ideas, which will enable him to move forward and translate their vision into a reality.
With 20 years in the construction industry, he has built a great network of contacts and sub-contractors who are able to assist with any facet of the project.
He also has a great understanding of the local council regulations and the national building codes, and has also built strong relationships with various councils. He is happy to navigate this often confusing area on his client’s behalf.
From concept design and development of new builds, right through to full working drawings and documentation for consent, Glen is also experienced in renovations, extensions and light commercial work.
