Fearon Hay is an international, design led architecture practice with studios in Auckland and Los Angeles. Founded in 1998 by Tim Hay and Jeff Fearon, the practice was built to enable their combined involvement in the design and delivery of every project. In 2018, Olivia Williams joined to head the Los Angeles studio, bringing her own appreciation for the natural environment to the firm’s approach.
Fearon Hay undertakes a broad range of typologies across coastal, urban, rural, lakeside, and alpine sites worldwide, with a distinctive sensitivity to landscape and place. The practice’s work has earned extensive national and international award recognition, including the New Zealand Architecture Medal.
