CAAHT Studio Architects was formed in 2009 by directors Chris Holmes and Anna Tong, following nine years of industry experience at several of New Zealand’s leading architecture practices. Both are New Zealand Registered Architects with ANZIA membership, offering full design, documentation, and contract administration services across single and multi-residential through to medium-scale commercial projects.
The studio is supported by a growing team of architectural graduates — Yeji Lee, Jennifer Qiu, and Daniel Crick. Alongside practice, Chris and Anna tutor part-time at the University of Auckland School of Architecture, bringing a hands-on, education-informed approach to every project they take on.
