Established in 2018, W3 is an award-winning architecture and art practice servicing all of Aotearoa New Zealand in residential, community, and interior projects. Founding director Sammy Ho brings over 15 years of experience across projects from $90,000 to $300M, blending artistic vision with technical rigour and a commitment to sustainability.
Alongside architect Antonia Lapwood, whose background spans hospitality, healthcare, and masterplanning, the studio creates refined, practical architecture with a distinctive “Lagom” sensibility shaped by Sammy’s time in Sweden. W3’s work has earned multiple NZIA Auckland Architecture Awards, including for ‘Jack’s House’ and ‘So Fresh So Clean.’
