Notch Architecture is an emerging architectural practice based in West Auckland, serving clients throughout the upper North Island of Aotearoa. Led by Registered Architect Jeremy Gray, the practice provides a bespoke, client-focused service across new homes, extensions, alterations, residential and commercial projects. Notch takes a site-responsive approach, carefully considering each location, its landscape, views, climate and opportunities before developing the design.
The practice guides clients through the full process, from establishing a vision and exploring materials and finishes through to consenting, construction and completion. Sustainability and innovation are important to Notch, with experience in passive design, low-carbon construction, prefabrication, SIPs and emerging sustainable building technologies.
