With a love for horticulture, and a commitment to growing an outdoor living area’s potential, Groundcover Landscaping was founded by Graeme and Michelle Hopkins as a natural response to their shared passion: creating beautiful landscapes.
Graeme, a qualified quantity surveyor, and Michelle, a graphic designer, discovered plants and landscaping during their OE when Graeme joined London’s renowned Covent Garden Flower Market. Moving into a landscaping role at a central London garden centre, Graeme gained insight into the process of altering an existing outdoor space.
Ready to bring their skills, expertise and vision to life, Graeme and Michelle decided the time was right to start their own business, and founded Groundcover Landscaping Ltd upon their return to New Zealand.
